Overview

I worked for DigiKey as a Software Engineering Intern full-time during the summer of 2023.

​

During my time, I worked with the Pricing Team. We were responsible for maintaining and expanding DigiKey's pricing services. This included creating, maintaining, and modifying the team's APIs, web apps, and services using C#. 

Accomplishments

  • Received a full time offer because of my exceptional job performance

  • Praised often by my manager and senior members of the team, primarily for positive attitude and ability to work well with others

What I did

  • Created, maintained, and modified a number of APIs, Web Apps, and Services using C#

​

  • Developed extensive unit, endpoint, and functional tests to ensure code reliability 

​

  • Added and deployed my code through the CI/CD pipeline 

​

  • Regularity attended and led Agile stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, and refinement meetings

​

  • Accessed and updated records in both relational and non-relational tables using SQL and MongoDB
